GABRIELA
Born in Ecuador, but raised in Northern New Jersey, Gabriela is well accustomed to the fast-paced nature and lifestyle of her New York Metro Area. She received her B.S. degree from Fordham University and is currently working on completing her MBA program.
Gabriela began her career at a Fortune 500 company helping--among many things--to organize various events internally. It wasn't until after Gabriela and Justin planned a special 50th birthday party in late 2008 that it finally clicked. It was time to start "NLE!"
With her outgoing personality, paired with her love of family and close friendships, Gabriela is hard not to get along with personally and professionally. She's bound to get you to smile or laugh!
Fun fact: She's a lover of all things related to fashion and exquisite architecture. Give her the latest bride or Vogue magazine, a glass of pinot noir and her iPad and she's as happy as can be!
JUSTIN
Born and raised in North Jersey, Justin is naturally well accustomed to the fast-paced nature and lifestyle of the New York Metro Area. He received an auto mechanic degree from Lincoln Technical Institute several years ago and is a part of a family construction company owned by his parents for over 25 years.
Justin began his end of the event planning journey once his family business took a major hit in 2009. Together, we knew it was time to start our own journey and create "NLE."
With his experience as a lead carpenter, he already had the personality and lead experience to help run a firm like this. His understanding of logistics, finances, timing and coordinating are naturally second nature.
Fun fact: For weddings, he's a groom's "right hand man" and ensures appropriate care to each. Meetings may take place over fine wines, cigars and discussions on luxury vehicles!
